  • Thoughtfully presented solutions for private and public space.


2nd Place

  • The solution addresses the overall site by creating a variety of housing sites.

  • Diagramically addresses architectural solutions to different building types.

  • The pedestrian aspects of the design are thought through very well.


3rd Place

Jury Comments:

  • Good concept of using a wall as a unifying architonic element.

  • Tension is felt with the concept of a wall separating private and public space, but the use of openings within the wall are intriguing.

  • Application of design seems very specific to certain site and planning problems as well as locations.
